Dear Valued Members of the Public,

Subject: Addressing Recent Fraud Cases and Restoring Trust in family centered Mentoring & Counseling Agency.

We, at AZ Behavioral Health Outreach Strategies, are writing this letter to address the recent media coverage and unfounded allegations that have cast a shadow on the reputation of family centered Mentoring & Counseling Agency. As a reputable organization that has obtained proper licensure from AZRHA and DHS for our sober living homes and licensed family-centered family centered Mentoring & Counseling Agency, we have been deeply affected by the prevailing skepticism and accusations of fraud in our industry.

We understand the concerns and uncertainties that may arise when allegations of fraud hit the media. As a business that strives to provide compassionate care and support to individuals and families struggling with substance abuse, we have always prioritized transparency, ethical practices, and accountability. It is disheartening to witness the tarnishing of our efforts due to the actions of a few bad actors.

Recent attacks on our organization have been driven by a combination of misinformation, biased narratives, and the unfortunate prevalence of individuals seeking personal gain at the expense of truth and fairness. We wish to clarify that there is a clear distinction between Sober Living and family centered Mentoring & Counseling Agency. We have never billed AHCCCS for any of our members' stay in our sober living homes, as these have been temporary, emergency housing solutions for those in need.

It is important to remember that family centered Mentoring & Counseling Agency are businesses with genuine overhead costs. Our owners invest not only in providing quality care but also in maintaining the necessary infrastructure to run our facilities. However, this should not be misconstrued as fraudulent billing practices, as we have diligently complied with all regulatory requirements and have been subjected to regular audits to ensure our operations are above reproach.

We acknowledge that there are instances of fraud in the healthcare industry, and we fully support the efforts of agencies such as AHCCCS, DHS, DCS, DES, and the FBI in investigating and taking action against any legitimate cases. Our commitment to transparency and integrity leads us to invite a provider meeting with these agencies and any other interested parties to discuss ways to collaborate in repairing the image and functionality of all family centered Mentoring & Counseling Agency.

At AZ Behavioral Health Outreach Strategies, we have nothing to hide, and we believe that open communication is the key to restoring trust and dispelling misconceptions. We remain dedicated to our mission of providing compassionate care and support to those in need, and we will continue to work tirelessly to improve the lives of individuals and families affected by substance abuse.

We sincerely thank all our clients, their families, and the public for their continued support and understanding. Together, we can rebuild trust and ensure that those who genuinely require assistance can access the quality care they deserve.

Sincerely,

AZ Behavioral Health Outreach Strategies

AZ BEHAVIORAL HEALTH OUTREACH STRATEGIES OFFERS MENTORING AND STUDENT ATHLETE PREP & TRAINING

A good mentor teaches the importance of discipline, respect, teamwork, sportsmanship, and how to deal with adversity and disappointment. They show them that in the end it’s not about winning or losing but about overcoming challenges and gaining experience, working as a team and helping each other succeed. When the timer stops or the last ball is thrown, what continues to matter from the field of play could well be what the athlete learned — even if it had nothing to do with the game.
A coach or parent’s words do far more than make an athlete run faster or throw harder. Positive words can “elevate, accelerate and resonate well beyond the game,” while negative words cause anxiety and stress that is harmful to a young athlete’s body and mind. Those words are what an athlete absorbs and reflects into their adult years. It’s not the skills you teach, “It’s the words you use that are your legacy, your everlasting gift to the future of your youth athletes.” How coaches communicate after a win or a loss helps shape a whole person, not just their inner athlete. The impact they have is a lesson some coaches have taken to heart. Our organization works alongside coaches, teachers and community leaders to bring about positive change through supportive mentoring and coaching.
